Here’s what you can expect:

• Full Race Specifications – Every station is set to official Hyrox standards.
• Full-Size Sled Track – Real race conditions for your sled push and pull.
• Roxzone Transitions – We replicate the full transition zones so you can practice moving under fatigue.
• Official Weights – Correct weights for each category: Female Solo and Male Solo.
• 8 Runs + 8 Workout Stations – The full race, in the correct order, no shortcuts.

Wave Times:

• Wave start times - When you sign up, you pick your wave time. Sign up early to get your desired time.
• Wave start 
• Double times will run from 10:00 to 12:10
• Solo times will run from 12:20 to 14:30
