Start times and days are arranged 7 days out. You can choose your race day and race time.
This is a full HYROX-style simulation, and it is doubles only. You and your partner take on the full course and split the work however you choose. Each division runs in its own heats.

Expect a HYROX-style flow of runs and stations, partner switching, and race-day pacing.
