Full or half Hyrox simulation at The Stud11o, Thirsk, on Sunday 22 November. All stations, including sleds and outdoor out-and-back runs. The half is 500m runs plus all stations.
Solo, paired, or relay. Open male and female weights; Pro on request. Wave time is sent 5 days before. No refunds. Transfers up to 10 days before.
