MF London is hosting a full Hyrox simulation for athletes chasing a PB, racing for the first time, or finding out what race day feels like. There is no podium. It is you against you.
Race format
- Every station set to official Hyrox standards
- Full-size sled track for the sled push and pull
- Roxzone-style transitions
- Official weights for female solo and male solo
- 8 runs and 8 workout stations, in race order
MF London is an official Hyrox affiliated gym.
Heats
Pick a wave time when you sign up. Doubles waves run from 10:00 to 13:10. Solo waves run from 13:20 to 14:30.
