HYBRID FITNESS RACE-
HYROX SIMULATION
“A fitness competition that combines functional strength training with endurance. A standard race includes 8 km of running, with 1 km runs interspersed between 8 functional workout stations.
This will be a same sex and mixed pairs event workout that will challenge and push you to new limits. Compete like a pro in a competitive and fun setting, and see just how far you can go.”
When?
Sunday 8th March 2026
.0830hrs start.
Male teams to start first, followed by mixed and female teams.
Waves of three teams will run every 10mins. Teams will have a dedicated start time.
Team price £70 per pair.
