Welcome to the HQfit Hyrox Simulation event!
Join us at 73 Green Rd on 29th March, 2026 for an exciting day of challenges and fun.
Experience a simulation of the intense Hyrox competition, testing your strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
Get ready to push your limits and see what you're capable of!

This will be a judged event and the categories included are:
Female Doubles
Male Doubles
Mixed Doubles
Female Solo
Male Solo
Our goal is try & keep this as close to a real race as possible so we will be following (where possible) Hyrox official rules & time penalties MAY be added. Our last sim got PRETTY HEATED! 😂🤣
