Join us for a full day of fitness and fun at our Hyrox Style Sim Event, brought to you by The Stables Roslea and hosted at Roslea Shamrocks GAA grounds. 💥
Event Categories:
Male & female singles - Complete the full workout on your own.
Male, female & mixed doubles - Split the work with a partner.
Any doubles can choose between 500m or 1km runs between stations.
Singles must do 1km.
