“A fitness competition that combines functional strength training with endurance. A standard race includes 8 km of running, with 1 km runs interspersed between 8 functional workout stations.
This will be a same sex pairs event workout that will challenge and push you to new limits. Compete like a pro in a competitive and fun setting, and see just how far you can go.”
When?
Sunday 31 August 2025
0830hrs start.
Male teams to start first, followed by female teams.
Waves of three teams will run every 10mins. Teams will have a dedicated start.
Team price £70 per pair.
