In early preparation for the Autumn/Winter Hyrox London races, this sim event will be a PAIRS format only, set at OPEN or PRO category weights, and will be a HALF SIM - half running distance. Hence will offer a great opportunity to put those finishing touches to your preparation.
The event will run from 17:00-20:00, with waves of 2 teams every 7.5minutes.
