Get race-ready and test your limits at our HYROX Simulation Event on Sunday 8th February at CrossFit Colchester! Whether you’re training for your first HYROX or looking to sharpen your performance, this is your chance to experience a Hyrox – Style workout in a competitive yet supportive environment.

- HYROX-style workout simulating race conditions
- Mixed Pairs & Same Sex Pairs– all ages (you will be ranked in MM, FF or MF categories)
- Timed heats to push your pace
