Do I need a race goal or previous experience to join?
No prior experience or set race goal is required. Whether you’re aiming for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, we’ll assess your fitness and build a plan that meets you where you are.
How many sessions a week will I need to commit to?
Most runners complete 3–5 workouts per week, balancing easy runs, speed intervals, long runs and recovery sessions.
