Event Overview

The Hybrid Athlete Club is hosting a Hyrox Training Day for athletes of all ability looking to race in the 2025/26 season! But be quick, we only have 50 places and they will fill fast.

The day is packed with expert led technique sessions, nutrition and training seminars and a two Hyrox workouts that well use to set you a Hyrox target time for your next race.

Not only will you leave feeling ready to tackle a summer of Hyrox pre-season training, but you’ll also leave with a bespoke race week nutrition plan and two week free trial on our Hyrox Strength and Conditioning program - RoxDaily.

9:30am: Hyrox PFT Workout
Measure your Hyrox potential with this workout and we’ll set you a Hyrox target time based on your performance!

10:30am: How to Train For Hyrox Seminar
Understand how to optimise your training for Hyrox alongside other training with Hyrox Performance Coach, James Deag.

11:30 - 1pm: Hyrox Performance Workshops Rotate through these three sessions:

Running - Master the fundamentals of running mechanics - Drills, warm ups and workouts to run faster with England Athletics Coach, Richard Pickering.
Rowing - Optimise your rowing technique for Hyrox with CrossFit Level 2 coach, Tom Stevens.
Sleds -Perfect your push and pull techniques and leave feeling confident in crushing Hyrox sleds with Hyrox Performance Coach, James Deag.

1 - 2pm: Lunch + Nutrition for performance seminar + Q&A
Learn the the fundamentals of performance nutrition and receive a free race week nutrition plan.

2 - 3:30pm: Hyrox Team Workout
Put your new skills to the test in this team workout.
