Race Ready System

Race Ready Overview

Race Ready becomes available up to 20 weeks out from every race. It follows a three-phase structure, and the phase you start on will depend on when you join:

  1. Base Phase – Build a rock-solid foundation of strength, endurance, and resilience.
  2. Build Phase – Shift focus to race-specific skills, pacing, and performance.
  3. Peak Phase – Sharpen the axe and hit your target with confidence on race day.

The further out from race day you start, the more time you’ll spend building that solid base. As race day approaches, we transition into the Build Phase, before entering the Peak Phase in the final month.

Training Days: 5 per week (60-75 mins each)
Length: Ongoing
Running Sessions: 3 per week
Gym Sessions: 2 sessions per week

RoxDaily Overview

RoxDaily delivers structured Hyrox training every single day, helping you build the strength, endurance, and consistency needed to stay Hyrox-ready year-round.

Perfect if you don’t have a race booked or if your next race is more than 20 weeks away.

You’ll choose the sessions that fit your schedule and training goals—just like you would at a group fitness gym.

What makes this different from other Hyrox training plans?

Unlike generic templates, this program is tailored to your current ability and specific target time. We use our Hyrox Calculator and data from thousands of athletes to create a plan that’s right for you. You'll also get access to coaches with your questions and for movement feedback, plus you'll join and a close-knit commuity - you’re supported in every step of your training.
No prior experience or set race goal is required. Whether it’s your first Hyrox or you’re chasing a personal best, we’ll assess your current fitness and build a plan that meets you where you are.
Most athletes complete 4–5 workouts per week, mixing running, functional fitness and recovery sessions.
You’ll have direct access to your coach via the app for technique feedback, check-ins, and on-the-fly plan adjustments whenever life or training throws you a curveball.
Ideally 12-16 weeks before your target Hyrox event to allow for proper base, build and peak phases.

With a fixed-length program you purchase the entire plan up front for a single one-off payment and then have full access immediately, so you can progress at your own pace.
