Race Ready Overview
Race Ready becomes available up to 20 weeks out from every race. It follows a three-phase structure, and the phase you start on will depend on when you join:
- Base Phase – Build a rock-solid foundation of strength, endurance, and resilience.
- Build Phase – Shift focus to race-specific skills, pacing, and performance.
- Peak Phase – Sharpen the axe and hit your target with confidence on race day.
The further out from race day you start, the more time you’ll spend building that solid base. As race day approaches, we transition into the Build Phase, before entering the Peak Phase in the final month.
RoxDaily Overview
RoxDaily delivers structured Hyrox training every single day, helping you build the strength, endurance, and consistency needed to stay Hyrox-ready year-round.
