Unlike traditional marathon plans, our program blends endurance and strength training, so you maintain—and even build—muscle mass and power while preparing for your race. It’s designed using data from elite hybrid athletes to optimize both your running performance and your strength gains.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner looking to add muscle or a powerlifter aiming to improve your endurance, this plan meets you where you are. No matter your background, you’ll get a customized training load that balances both strength and mileage.
You’ll follow a phased approach—base, build, peak, and taper—over 12–16 weeks. Each week mixes running workouts, strength sessions, and recovery days, with clear guidance on volume and intensity so you stay strong and injury-free.

You’ll receive a detailed training guide with workout descriptions, recovery strategies, and performance metrics. Plus, you’ll have access to coaches for feedback and adjustments directly in the app.

Most athletes spend 6–8 hours per week on the plan, split between 3–4 running workouts and 2–3 strength sessions. Recovery and mobility work are built in to keep you fresh.
