Do you offer blue light discount?

What if I have a question about my program?

Within FitR you can message our coaching team directly or contact them via WhatsApp. They’ll be on hand to answer any questions you have.

I don't understand a movement or workout on my program

Within FitR you have the ability to directly message our coaching team. They’ll be on hand to answer any questions you have.

What happens if I get inured?

All our programs are thoughtfully designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. Hopefully, by following one, you’ll see far fewer injuries.

For our fixed-length programs you can schedule and rearrange the program as necessary. For our on-going monthly programs, get in touch with your coach and we can pause your program for you.

How do I access my program?

Programs are all delivered through the FitR app.

You can get the FitR client app for Andriod & Apple.

Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive an email inviting you to download the app. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, contact us at support@hybridathleteclub.com.

 

How do I cancel my program?

For our on-going programs, you can manage your subscription within the My Account section of FitR website.

You can find instructions here.

Our fixed-length programs can’t be cancelled as you pay for and receive the entire program upfront.

When does my program get released?

For our on-going programs, the programming is updated every Sunday.

For all other programs, the entire program is provided upfront after purchase.

Are the monthly subscription programs a contract?

You can cancel your monthly programs whenever you’d like via your account page.

We want you to be active and happy whether that’s with us or doing something else! There are no contracts here.

Can I pause my subscription?

Cancelling your subscription in FitR is essentially pausing it as you can rejoin at any time. 

How do I change my email?

Your account is linked to your email so you will need to subscribe with a new email. All other profile changes can be made here.
