From training tweaks to tech stuff, here are the things we get asked most.
What is a subscription program?
With a subscription program you sign up on a monthly rolling basis and the programming is ongoing. The programming is released for each week on Sunday evening.
Our RaceReady & RoxDaily programs are examples of this—people sign up for multiple races or want to work on their weaknesses year‑round, so they subscribe.
What is a fixed‑length program?
With a fixed‑length program you buy the program up front for a single one‑off payment and then have access to the entire program immediately.
Do you offer Blue Light discount?
Yes, we offer Blue Light discount with the same eligibility criteria as on the website. You can find the details here.
What if I have a question about my program?
Within FitR you can message our coaching team directly or contact them via WhatsApp. They’ll be on hand to answer any questions you have.
I don't understand a movement or workout on my program
Within FitR you have the ability to directly message our coaching team. They’ll be on hand to answer any questions you have.
What happens if I get injured?
All our programs are thoughtfully designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. Hopefully, by following one, you’ll see far fewer injuries.
For our fixed-length programs you can schedule and rearrange the program as necessary. For our ongoing monthly programs, get in touch with your coach and we can pause your program for you.
How do I access the program and app?
Programs are all delivered through the FitR app. You can get the FitR client app for Android & Apple.
Once you have completed checkout you will receive an email inviting you to download the app. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, contact us at support@hybridathleteclub.com.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
For our ongoing programs, you can manage or cancel your subscription within the My Account section of the FitR website.
You can find instructions here. Cancelling is effectively pausing—you can rejoin at any time.
Our fixed-length programs can’t be cancelled as you pay for and receive the entire program upfront.
When does my program get released?
For our ongoing programs, new training blocks are released every Sunday.
For all other programs, the entire program is provided upfront after purchase.
Are the monthly subscription programs a contract?
No—they aren’t. You can cancel your monthly program whenever you’d like via your account page. There are no long-term contracts.

How do I change my bank details?
Login to your FitR account and then manage your payments here.

How do I change my email or password?
Your account is linked to your email, so to change it you will need to subscribe with a new email. All other profile changes, including password resets, can be made within your account settings.
