The Hybrid Athlete Program

The Hybrid Athlete has no singular goal…

Their Ambition is simply to be capable!

This program is heavily influenced by our own ambitions as athletes. To build a foundation of fitness and skills that we can utilize to take on any fitness challenge we set our eyes on!
The program is the perfect balance of weightlifting, endurance, and bodybuilding that develops skills, strength, and functional fitness in equal measures.

Program Structure

The program is distributed weekly, with the next week’s sessions released every Sunday.
A percentage and RPE-based program – it’s tailored to your current fitness level.
Including five sessions per week.
Every session is roughly 60 minutes but can extend to 90 minutes on occasion.

This program is for you too! Every exercise has a video that outlines how it should be performed. If you still have questions or you want your technique checked, you can always ask our coaches via the app to check your form our your understanding.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for athletes who are eager to amp up their game, providing a structured and efficient gym routine that breaks the monotony of conventional training. It’s perfect for those looking to dominate on the field, enhance their athletic abilities, and boost their confidence, all while reigniting their passion and drive for progress.

How often do you have to train?

You can train up to 5 times a week.

What equipment will you need?

As a minimum you'll need a pair of running shoes; a dumbbell or kettlebell, a barbell with an appropriate amount of weight for you to perform deadlifts, squats and presses.

Do you need a gym membership?

Access to a gym would enable you to achieve the best possible results. Look for a gym with cardio equipment like Rowers and Bikes as well as a barbell and weights.

How long does the program last?

The Hybrid Athlete program is an ongoing program and is subject to a recurring monthly payment
