By combining insights from every Hyrox finisher, we can now deliver you a personalized training program based on the experiences of thousands of athletes. Success at Hyrox requires perfect pacing, and our HAC Hyrox Program can now give you your perfect race plan.

Program Structure

The program is distributed weekly via our app, with the next week’s sessions released every Sunday.
Five Sessions per week with optional 'Pro category' extras.
Every session is roughly 60 minutes but can extend to 90 minutes on occasion.
Sessions are built with your target race time in min.

How often do you have to train?

You can self select sessions to make the program work for you, but there are five sessions per week with additional 'pro category' extras.

What equipment will you need?

A pair of running shoes, access to a rower; ski erg, kettlebells (or DB), a barbell and a Wallball. A sandbag (where referenced in a program you can substitute for alternate weights. if you have access to a sled. If you have access to a sled, this will be included in your program. If you don't your program will feature substitute movements.

How long does the program last?

The HAC Hyrox program is an ongoing program and is subject to a recurring monthly payment

Example Week

Running:  We’ll build you a training program that combines sprints and longer endurance runs based on your race pace prediction. By race day, you’ll know exactly how every 1km run should feel. You’ll be so confident in your ability to sustain your race pace that you’ll be able to crush the Rox Zone and finish strong.

Hyrox Strength: Taking your predicted workout station times we’ll progressively build your strength and endurance on each Hyro station to ensure you can hit your target times with ease!

HyroxSim: Each week, we’ll put your training to the test with a simulation workout that will push you to your limits. You’ll run, followed by intervals of the Hyrox movements testing your capacity under fatigue, just like race day. This is where all your hard work will pay off. You’ll feel the burn, but you’ll also feel the satisfaction of knowing that you’re getting stronger and closer to your goal.
