10 Week Compound Strength Program
Lift BIG with HAC Powerlifting!
Whether you’re new to lifting or want to build unrivaled strength for your next Functional Fitness competition, HAC Powerlifting is designed to add KILOS to your BIG four lifts!
Rolling 4-week training block format that consists of specific squat, bench, deadlift, and strict press sessions. Each week is packed with accessory movements to make sure you’re injury-free and as part of the Hybrid Athlete Club, you’ll have full access to our coaches who will analyze your lifts and provide cues and drills to ensure you’re optimizing every lift.
Program Structure
This program is the culmination of 10 years of coaching with thousands of athletes. Every session includes a specific warm up, main working sets and accessory movements. Whilst the contents may vary, the outcome is always the same – you will be stronger, faster and more capable.

10-minute warm-up: Movement-specific mobility exercises and priming exercises to ensure you’re moving well and ready to lift big!
20-minute Big lift focus: You’ll have 3-5 sets of each big lift across the session to attack with intensity.
15-minute Accessory lifts: 1-2 additional lifts specifically building strength in the muscle groups utilised in our big lifts.
15-minute core conditioning: Dedicated time to building a bulletproof core, the coordination and the balance we need to move heavy weight effectively.
