At Hybrid Athlete Club, we specialize in providing online programs and do not sell physical products. Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully to ensure you understand your rights and options.
Non-Refundable Programs
For fixed-length online programs purchased outright, refunds are not available. This is because the full program is delivered to you immediately upon purchase.
Programs with Free Trials
Some of our programs come with a 7-day free trial:
- You can cancel at any time during the trial period, and you will not be charged.
- If you decide to continue beyond the trial period, you can cancel at any point. Refunds for cancellations will be prorated for the remaining unused days of the current billing cycle.
Programs Without Free Trials
For programs without a free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds are provided for the period already billed.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
