 race day in a no-pressure environment. Whether you’re racing for a PB\, 
 getting ready for your first Hyrox\, or just want to feel what it’s all 
 about\, this simulation is for you.\nMake your mistakes here\, not on race
  day. Set yourself a target to beat. Or simply come and experience what a 
 Hyrox race feels like.\nThere’s no podium pressure here\, this is about 
 you vs you.\n&nbsp\;\nThe Workout:\nEach Station will begin with a 600m or
  1000m Run.\n1\,000m Ski Erg\n50m Sled Push (100/150kg or 150/200kg)\n50m 
 Sled Pull (80/100kg or 100/150kg)\n80m Burpee Broad Jump\n1\,000m Row\n200
 m Farmer Carry (16/24kg or or 24/32kg)\n100m Sandbag Lunge (16/24kg or or 
 24/32kg)\n100 Wall Balls (4/6kg or 6/9kg)\n&nbsp\;\nWave Times:\nWave star
