 This inclusive Hyrox Simulation is open to everyone — from seasoned Hyro
 x athletes to complete first-timers. Choose half or full distance\, open o
 r pro\, and take part singles or doubles.\n\n🏃 Running injury? A bike a
 lternative is available\, so you can still experience the full Hyrox forma
 t without the running.\n\nAs a Hyrox-affiliated gym\, our coaches will be 
 on hand throughout the event to help with technique\, movement standards a
 nd how the stations work. This is a simulation rather than an official rac
 e\, so there are no judges or timekeepers and we won’t be handing out no
 -reps. The focus is on giving it a go\, challenging yourself and enjoying
